I want someone who…

One honest sentence beats a checklist.

How to answer it

Sibling of "I'm looking for someone who…", and the same rule applies: name how you want it to feel, not a spec sheet. Pick the single trait that actually decides it for you — the one you'd trade all the nice-to-haves for — and say it plainly.

Example answers

“Laughs at the situation, not just at jokes.”

“Texts back like they're glad it's me.”

“Treats waiters, exes, and Mondays with the same basic grace.”

What to avoid

Why it works: The reader either is that person or isn't — and the ones who are will feel spoken to directly. That feeling gets likes.
