A little game that guarantees a first message.
How to answer it
This is the highest reply-rate prompt in the bank, because answering it IS the first message. Make all three statements just barely believable — the game dies if the lie is obvious. Two odd truths and one plausible lie is the winning ratio.
Example answers
“I've broken the same arm twice, I once met a sitting president, and I can't whistle.”
“I speak three languages, I've never seen Titanic, and I won a regional spelling bee.”
“I was on TV as a child, I hate chocolate, and I can solve a Rubik's cube.”
What to avoid
- An obvious lie — it ends the game before it starts.
- Truths so wild the lie has no chance to hide.
Why it works: It converts a like into a guess, and a guess into a conversation. No blank-screen "hey" required.
